Production Description
Soy Protein Making Machine is a new generation of soya protein production line developed by changing formulas, improving processes, and innovating processing methods. Compared with the previous generation of equipment, the investment is lower, and the product has a stronger sense of meat and chew, and has low-fat content and high protein content.
The raw materials of the soy protein production line are widely used. Low-temperature soybean meal, peanut meal, soybean protein isolate, gluten, etc. can all be used as the main raw materials. The strength, toughness, shape, and output of the products can be customized according to customer needs.
The product has the texture and taste of meat and does not contain cholesterol and animal fat. Conditioner

Conditioner is used to pre-cook the materials and applied in the soya protein contenting high moisture and high cook requirement. After the materials are fed from the feeding, it is promoted by the slurry blades meanwhile the steam and water are put through from the cylinder wall. By the slurry stirring, make the materials absorb fully for the water and steam meanwhile make the materials pre-cook by the steam so that make the high moisture materials reach the extrusion. |
