Induction

Dried apricot processing process
1. Selection and processing of raw materials: choose varieties with thick flesh, away from the core, sweet taste, less fiber, strong aroma, orange flesh, fully ripe but not ripe fruit as raw materials. Remove the broken and unsuitable ripe fruit, grade and wash according to size, cut in half with a knife along the fruit suture line, the cut surface should be smooth and tidy, remove the core.
2. Drying by heat pump: loading capacity 7～9kg/m~2; initial temperature 50～55℃, final temperature 70～75℃; p tile on the pallet, put in the material cart, drying time 18～20h.
3. Package. The suitable amount of water for packaging dried apricots is 16%~18%, dry and dry 5:1, the dried product is placed in a wooden box and softened for 3~4d, and the color is poor, the drying is not enough and the broken is sorted out (for reprocessing or Also graded), you can package.
