Details
Mixing machine: a machine for mixing raw materials, auxiliary materials and water, with moderate speed and uniform mixing.
Screw conveyor: use the screw mechanism to lift the raw materials mixed by the powder mixer into the host feeder.
Twin-screw extruder: squeeze, ripen, and shape the raw materials delivered.
Sifter: achieve the purpose of cooling by vibration.
Air conveyor: This machine can convey the food to the next machine via a closed stainless steel pipe by air. It is clean and high efficient. There is a cyclone which can release the air and leave the food to the next machine.
Dryer: The multi-layer dryer is with compact design which can make the food be well dried in a limited space. It is a electrical dryer with 5 layer and 8 meters length. It is food standard Stainless steel belt. The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried. We can also provide gas dryer, diesel dryer and steam dryer or even double energy dryer.
Hoister: This is lower hoister which take the food to the roller. It is with rubber belt with rubber side wall which can avoiding food falling. The hoisting height can be adjusted based on the roller height.
Microwave drying machine: This is the 20kw microwave machine with air cooling system.
Features
1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel.
2. The drying box adopts the circulation drying technology, which has high thermal efficiency utilization rate, uniform drying and good airtightness. It takes 30-40 minutes for the feed to dry in the drying box, and the feed is about 10kg per square. 10 m drying area per 100 kg of raw material
3. Dehydration is 12-15kg for every 100kg of raw materials. Drying box drying temperature: 85-90 ℃
4. By changing the production formula, it is possible to produce floating fish feed, shrimp and crab feed that are popular in the market.
