Description
Corn flakes processing line can produce breakfast cereal which is one kind of nutritional convenient food which is produced by this processing line, using grits as basic material, with different shapes. One outstanding characteristic of the breakfaast cereal is that it contains abundant compound carbohydrates and dietary fibre, strengthens lots of microelements, such as vitamin and mineral, and also can be added with cocoa and sugar, like honey and maltose. The machine can make different products such as puffed snacks, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, etc.
Dryer
It is used to bake the corn flake and remove the moisture to make it taste crispy.
The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried.It can take electricity, gas, diesel, steam as main energy.
