Description

After mixing, extrudering, shaping, drying, sugar spraying and cooling, you can get sweet and crispy corn flakes, breakfast cereals. It can be taken directly after being mixing into coffee, milk, yoghourt or other drinks.

Twin-screw extruder
The machine can make different products such as puffed snacks, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, etc. It is used to extrude and inflate material and then form it into different shapes you want.
Dryer
It is used to bake the corn flake and remove the moisture to make it taste crispy.
The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried.It can take electricity, gas, diesel, steam as main energy.
