Description
Puffed corn snacks food is one kind of nutritional convenient snack food which is produced by the puffed snack food extrusion machine. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder. Theproduct shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc. And you can also produce the cored filling puff snack food with the same line. All the snack food produced by the equipment are crispy, easy to be digested and popular with moder people home and abroad.
1. Raw materials: Rice flour, corn flour and so on.
2. Products: By changing the moulds and process technology, this line can produce core-filled snacks, such as chocolate filled bar, cream filled pillow, rice cake, cereal bar, sheet snacks, etc.
3. Capacity: 100-150kg/h, 200-260kg/h, 500-700kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, or depend on clients' specific demands.
4. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries.
