5.Principle:
Thermal conduction speed of Conventional vacuum drying method is slow and low efficiency,also
it is hard to control the temperature,heating materials may be generated different temperature between
internal and external.While Microwave vacuum drying is under vacuum conditions,material materials is heated by microwave on a rotating disc,microwave heal the material directly,by this way both internal and external of the material can be heated at the same time,dispense with conduction and convection in order to realize the fast and high quality drying.
6.Packaging & Shipping
A. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
B. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
C. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
