Fully Automatic Double Screw Extruder Modified Starch Production Line
Cheap natural starch such as maize corn starch and tapioca cassava starch canbe made into pregelatinization tech by extruding treatment process, after this process, original starch will become into high valuable and multi functional modified starch, pregelatiniztion starch or denatured starch.
Our modified starch extruder is double screw extruder, it consist of 6 systems: feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, conveying system and cooling system, its barrels and screws strcuture can easliy realize the function of changing the preoperties of the starch.
Modified starch can be used in many different fiels such as textile, paper making, food, building materials, casting and oil drilling etc.
