Product Description
Kurkure / Cheetos / Nik Naks / Corn Curls Processing line is a kind of extruded snacks, very crunchy and great in taste. Corn curls is made by extension process. The corn grids are moisturized in the vertical feeder, mixed grids are moisturized in the vertical feeder, mixed to the vertical with the feed head extruder. In the extruder, due to excessive heat and pressure from the screws themeal gets heated and pressure from the screws themeal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. Themeal passes through the die and gets the cut to the length of the cut corner kn required cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are sprayed on the nik naks to improve their taste.
