Product Description
Micrwoave sterilization drying equipment uses microwaves to dry bamboos that are prone to mold with high humidity, and sterilize eggs, molds, and pathogens during the drying process. Prevent wet materials from drying out, shrinking and being eaten by insects in the use environment.
Traditionally dried bamboo chopsticks are easy to deform and crack. Howere, the microwave equipment can penetrate into the material, so that the surface color of the product does not change when the product is dried, with high speed and high efficiency.
Traditional sterilization of bamboo chopsticks requires boiling, bleaching and other steps, which takes about 10 hours, but microwave sterilization is generaly sufficient for 30 seconds, which greatly reduces the time cost.
