Core Filler
|
With the special screw pump, this machine can injuect chocolate, butter, and sugar into the snack food. This machine can also thaw the core and keep the temperature. |

Shaper
|
There are three sets rollers and fixed-length cutting system. With the frequency conversion, you can get broad cutting scope. When using shaper, the conver of the extruder is not used and please put the conver away. |

Hoister
|
This is lower hoister which take the food to the roller. It is with rubber belt with rubber side wall which can avoiding food falling. The height can be adjusted based on the roller height. |

Dryer
|
The heating way is electricity heating. It is used for drying. The net belt funning speed and temperature can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer. Multi-layer dryer is with compact size than other type dryers. |

Oil Sprayer
|
It can heat the oil and fat and keep them in liquid form before spraying. The heat temperature can be controlled between the normal temperature and 100 degree. The oil spraying quantity can be calculated and controlled. |

Roller
|
The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with snacks evenly. |

Cooling Conveyor

There are four fans which can make the food be cool avoiding sticking together and be suitable for packing. The total length of the conveyor is 5 meters. It is full set stainless steel. The height of the hoister can be adjusted according to the requirement. |
