Introduction
The production line uses corn flour, rice flour and other grains as raw materials. It is fully sheared, melted, steamed and cooked by a twin-screw extruder. When extruded from the template, it forms a highly puffed, soft and delicate structure, melts in the mouth, and a smooth surface. Puffed food, spray oil and powder after drying, taste better.

Details
Mixing machine: Add a certain percentage of water to the raw material corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, meat flour, cereal flour, additives, etc. and mix well.
Screw conveyor: Use the motor to drive the spiral conveying to transfer the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
Twin-screw extruder: In the case of high temperature and high pressure environment and screw extrusion, different foods can be produced by adjusting the process. The specific particle size and shape can be changed.
Air conveyor: Convey food to the oven.
Multi-layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag to reduce the moisture of food particles, promote the maturation rate and increase the shelf life.
Flavoring line: According to the output and product properties, the oil is sprayed on the surface of the food dust and spices, sprinkle evenly.
Cooling conveyor: Genereally there are fans over the stainless belt. It can also take the food from one workshop to another.
Packaging machine: manual sealing machine and automatic packaging machine can be used.

2. The drying box adopts the circulation drying technology, which has high thermal efficiency utilization rate, uniform drying and good airtightness. It takes 30-40 minutes for the feed to dry in the drying box, and the feed is about 10kg per square. 10 m drying area per 100 kg of raw material
3. Dehydration is 12-15kg for every 100kg of raw materials. Drying box drying temperature: 85-90 ℃
