Product Description
1.Modified flours and starches are essential as binders in many food and industrial products.

As required in food production, the viscosity of flour-(starch-) and-water suspensions can be adjusted via a twin-screw extruder to suit specific customer needs.
Cheap natural starch such as maize corn starch and tapioca cassava starch canbe made into pregelatinization tech by extruding treatment process, after this process, original starch will become into high valuable and multi functional modified starch, pregelatiniztion starch or denatured starch.
Our modified starch extruder is double screw extruder, it consist of 6 systems: feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, conveying system and cooling system, its barrels and screws strcuture can easliy realize the function of changing the preoperties of the starch.
